Manual de Autonomía Alimentaria
The Manual of Food Autonomy is composed of 3 sections. In the first one, a list of seed sprouts is presented, describing their nutritional components and the benefits they bring to human health. In the second section each of the nutritional components of the seed sprouts of the previous section is described in detail (section from which they can be directed to the description of the components, by means of a clear nomenclature). The third exemplifies some of the many recipes in which regular consumption of seed sprouts can be included in our diet. In addition, it has a short introduction which emphasizes the need to recover our food autonomy, compared to the mass production of food that uses chemicals in its different production phases.
